 Lutheran Social Services (LSS) recently completed a 24 unit housing project on the bypass around Watford City. The project consists of 10 one bedroom units and 14 two bedroom units. built as duplexes with unattached single car garages. Rental units are are now available.

Cascade Homes Creekside Townhomes have been constructed along the Watford City.
Each of the 1,415 square foot townhouses feature three bedrooms, two bathrooms and have a two-car attached garage. All of the homes carry a 10 year warranty.Additional single family homes and mobile home courts are currently under construction as well.
